ceritanya dimulai ketika Asano, mahasiswa salah satu universitas, diminta untuk merawat sebuah Android berbentuk manusia, yaitu Hatsune Miku. Pada awalnya asano merasa sedikit terganngu dengan penampilan Miku sebagai manusia, mengingan dia itu adalah robot, terlebih lagi cewek.
Namun seiring waktu berlalu, keduanya mulai bisa memahami perasaan masing - masing. Tapi ternyata Miku memiliki sebuah rahasia! apakah itu?
